Introduce gamification and check-in support plus expanded transport/admin APIs. Added DDL for checkins, badges and user_badges. New repositories: badgeRepository, userBadgeRepository, checkinRepository. New routes: admin badge management, admin transport (lines/platforms/stations), public transport endpoints, user checkins and stations endpoints, and user badges on /me. Services updated: adminService (badge CRUD & user assignment), userService (checkins, badge queries), authService (hasAdminRights). Minor package.json name update. These changes implement database, repo, service and route wiring for badges, user_badins and checkin features and additional transport admin routes.
Introduce bootstrap entrypoint and prestartup to ping DB and generate/manage RSA keypair. Add security module for key IO. Implement JWT-based access and refresh tokens (tokensService) with refresh_tokens table and repo. Add auth, provider and user services, and refresh-token management. Update repositories (users, credentials, providers, servers) with SQL fixes and new helper methods. Move DDL execution to bootstrap (remove from server). Update package.json main and add dependencies (bcryptjs, jsonwebtoken). Update .env.example and .gitignore accordingly.
Introduce DB support and repos: add modules/database.js (connection pool + runDDL) and SQL DDL files (data/ddl/*) for servers, users, providers, identities and credentials. Add repository layers: users, servers, providers, identities, credentials. Update server.js to run DDL at startup. Update .env.example with DB settings and bump dependencies in package.json/package-lock.json (add mariadb, bump dotenv/helmet/path-to-regexp/zod and dev tool upgrades). Error handling and logging included for DDL and repo operations.
